Appreciating the important restorative role that getting enough quality sleep plays in your health and vitality. Not forgetting the importance of rest, relaxation and recharge.
Ergonomics is understanding and appreciating the potential impact of the work environment on your health. Why ergonomically-friendly workplace design is so critical to your long term health and vitality.
Underpinning all of these elements of your physical health pillar is what I term your ‘Health IQ’- having enough knowledge, awareness and the right attitudes to support informed choices and decisions in terms of your health and vitality. This means knowing your body and family medical history, appreciating any change in normal and getting things checked out if you have concerns. Remember the benefits of a good check up.
